By now you have all heard the rumors that the federal government may change cannabis from a Schedule I drug to Schedule II under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. This would be the biggest thing to happen to Cannabis since Nixon decided he wanted a statement on marijuana that “just tears the ass out of
