April 20 is just around the corner, and as many are looking into planning their 420 experience, a staple in the Denver 420 rally – the Civic Center Park rally – just got a star-studded enhancement with the addition of the Grammy award-winning rapper, 2 Chainz.

Free to the public, the new owner of the festival learned from last year’s fail, when attendees were charged upwards of $100 for a ‘VIP’ experience that was canceled due to snow. The new owner, Santino Walter, hopes this year will be a huge success.

“I look forward to seeing the thousands of cannabis enthusiasts flooding the park to do the 4:20 pm countdown with 2 Chainz,” Walter tells The Denver Post .“We have no doubt that our event will be the largest 4/20 festival in the country.”

The event promises to have more than 250 vendors set up throughout Civic Center Park, featuring everything from cannabis-branded booths to specialty food trucks.

The 2017 Denver 420 rally will open its doors at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. The concert portion of the event will go from 2 p.m.-6 p.m.
