Tonight- Richard Delisi was sentenced to an inhumane 3 consecutive 30 year sentences, a “de-facto” life sentence, for pot because of a technical error- according to International The Human Solution site devoted to the Delisi Project. There will be a long awaited court hearing in Florida next month- If Delisi’s lawyer can prove that the error, that resulted in the horribly incorrect sentence, took place in 1989 when he was originally sentenced, he could walk out of the court room a free man.
