Administrative Rule Changes Hearings

Once again attempts to amend the administrative rules of the MMMA went on in Lansing. Josey Scoggin testified before the committee and will join us to report her thoughts and insight to the legislative response.

Jeff Frazier and Charmie Gholson, Komorn Law were present and offered oral and written testimony in support of HB 4914- The SWAT Reporting Bill, which simply mandates these highly specialized and dangerous forces report on their activity.
