Robin Schneider Legislative Liaison for the National Patients’ Rights Association, will join us to discuss the recent move forward of patient friendly bills 4271 and 5104 as they were voted out of committee and are expected to be considered on the Senate floor in September.
We will also discuss the proposed amendments to the Administrative Rules of the MMMA program with Veteran and activist Dakota Blue Serna who will also be sitting on the Veterans’ discussion panel for the High Times Cannabis Cup event, coming to Clio, MI, later this month.
We will also discuss the recently released Americans for Safe Access report card for each of the 34 states with some kind of state wide medical marijuana law. The highest grade given was a B and Michigan scored a C-.
