Tonight- The Michigan Supreme Court decided today on whether or not to to hear several medical marijuana cases including Carruthers and the legality of concentrates, the Hartwick/Tuttle cases, Clinical Relief, and Bylsma. Two patient friendly House Bills 4271 and 5104 are still pending in the Michigan Senate after being passed out of the House with overwhelming bi-partisan support earlier this year, and we continue the discussion of the MIchigan Supreme Court ruling in Ter Beek v Wyoming, including “footnote 9″ and how some cities and townships are interpreting it to mean that they can continue or create restrictive policies.

 

Calling in tonight- Attorney John Ter Beek who is a resident of Wyoming, MI and who sued the city for creating an ordinance that was more restrictive than the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
