-The De-Schedule v. Reschedule Debate

We plan to open up the Debate and discussion of what is the best direction for the medical cannabis and or cannabis reform community regarding Cannabis. What impact will rescheduling have, which schedule is preferred for cannabis. Or should the plant simply be de-scheduled and treated like a potato.

Joining us to enlighten the Debate will be:

Doug McVay, Researcher and Policy Analyst. Doug McVay is also an activist, writer, researcher, and speaker with a long history in drug policy reform. Doug worked for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) as their Activists/Projects Coordinator from 1987 to 1990. In 1989, he co-founded and began working with the Cannabis Action Network (CAN). He is also A court-qualified expert witness on the subjects of marijuana use, sales and cultivation, Doug has testified in both State and Federal courts in the U.S.

 

 

Provisioning Center Advocates Meeting with Michigan State Police to Iron out differences.

Joining us to discuss the meeting, will  be Robin Schneider NPRA Legislative Chairwomen, And possibly Ben Horner of CSG. We plan to determine what were the issue discussed and if any progress was made.
