Tonight- Local ballot initiative victories for cannabis decriminalization in three Michigan cities- Ferndale, Jackson and Lansing! Senate Bill 660, a Canadian company- Prairie Systems funded legislative effort to establish a parallel medical marijuana growing and distribution system apart from the MMMA, was heard in Senate committee and attended by several advocates who spoke out in opposition.
Joining us tonight will be Steve Sharpe, board member of MI NORML and one of the leaders of the local decrim campaign in Jackson. The Godfather Tim Beck, one of the masterminds of the local initiative strategy. Also, schedule permitting, attorney Jeff Hank who managed the local decrim initiative campaign in Lansing.
