Komorn Law is happy to report, especially in light of the recent negative COA decisions, “ The Victory in Paw Paw.”  Husband and wife (patients and caregivers) clients, each charged with the Manufacture, the Possession with the Intent to Deliver and Felony Firearm (a mandatory 2 years in prison)
ALL CHARGES DISMISSED.
We will hear from the wrongly accused as they will be joining us to share their experience with the community. Komorn Law will add his commentary and what can be learned.
Guests  will be activists Stacey Theis and Kari Boiter.
Stacey is a Marijuana Activist, writer, promoter, developer of  West Valley NORML and the Cannasense program, as well as the owner of the Cannabus which is being driven around the country to help educate people about cannabis on the “CannaBus Freedom Tour.”
Kari is President of the Board of Directors for the Cannabis Defense Coalition, a member of Seattle Hempfest Core Staff and a co-founder of ASA-Washington.
