What does the recent Court of Appeals concerning extracts and concentrates mean?
We determined that it would be prudent to discuss the recent COA ruling in People v Carruthers that has removed protections for cannabis extractions and concentrates, as soon as possible to help patients and caregivers to better understand the implications of the COA decision.
