Guests will include attorney Daniel Grow who was the lawyer in People v Jones, representing Cynthia Cherelle Jones, in which the Court of Appeals reversed a Berrien Circuit Court Judge’s finding and held that the MMMA’s Section 4 “immunity fact-finding is a question for the trial court to decide. We will be hearing from Barbara Weaver Agro and son Nick Agro whose homes and business were raided in Oakland County in 2010, and get an update on how they are and the current status of their court cases.
