P v. Johnson 14 lbs case dismissed after section 8 hearing. P v. Pointer the long road is finally over after the United States Supreme Court ruling impacts this 2009 case that has been bouncing around in the Michigan Appellate courts.
P v. Mcneil – section 8 hearing results in a a question of fact and the defendant being able to present a medical marihuana defense to the jury.
