Hosted by attorney Michael Komorn from Komorn Law and Chad from Birmingham Compassion
Contributions from Rick Thompson from The Compassion Chronicles, Jamie Lowell from Third Coast
Tonight- Host attorney Michael Komorn and crew will discuss legal cases and issues with law enforcement and prosecutorial practices that are designed to hurt patients and caregivers and to circumvent the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act and the protections and defenses it was intended to create.
We will also discuss how the MILegalize approach will circumvent these current strategies and offer a fair and free market alternative to the police and big money interests behind HB4209/ the heavily restrictive and costly dispensary bill currently being considered in the integrity-lacking legislature, without any significant consideration for medical marijuana community input.
Also- The MILegalize campaign is challenged with raising $100,000 in matching funds for October. After tonight- two great events scheduled in Detroit Wednesday Oct 28, and Grand Rapids Thursday Oct 29 will be available for concerned citizens able and willing to support this campaign for a free and fair market and not the cronyism and unnecessary restrictions and costs being carelessly rushed through the process in Lansing – www.MILegalize.com -for details.
