Tonight- Toledo residents voted overwhelmingly in favor of a citizen-led initiative to abolish penalties in city law for possession and cultivation of marijuana on Tuesday. The Detroit City Council has begun discussions on crafting a dispensary ordinance for the city. Also- Michigan seems poised to see cannabis legalization, in some form, in 2016- how may legalization affect the children?
