Michigan House Judiciary Committee hearings continue on for 2 bills introduced to reform the Forfeiture Laws in Michigan. Michigan State House Bills 4508 and 4504. Pubic Hearings are scheduled for this Tuesday, 5/23/2015. We will be discussing these bills and if they actually do anything to change the current abuses cited.
