Tonight- How the “Drug War” plays a part in the rash of shooting and killing of black men and police officers. And- it has been known that there is a reduction of opiate abuse and overdoses in states with medical marijuana laws. Now, a new study proves the assumption that it is because cannabis is available in these states and people choose to use it instead of other prescription pain killers
