The godfather of Marijuana in Michigan returns to the PGT guest list, Longtime activist, political pundit and co-founder of SaferMich, the organization responsible for most if not all of the local ballot initiatives that has decriminalized marihuana in over 25 communities.  Tim Beck will be calling in to update us on his thoughts and perspective on the status of legalization in Michigan.

This past week the It was reported that MI Legalize has enough signatures to get legalization on the ballot in November” Today the Board of Canvassers split the vote on the procedure to rehabilitate stale and void signatures, what does this mean? Jeff Hank, attorney and executive director of the MI Legalize board, will be joining us to answers questions an update the community on his organization status. Additionally, he will discuss the scheduled Rally at the Capitol on May 20th in support of the petition drive.
