The entrapment by estoppel argument has been used recently on behalf of cannabis distribution centers operating in localities accepting of them. PGT’s own host Komorn, regular guest Rudoi and long time friend of the show Paul Tylenda -have all been successful in such cases and will discuss what entrapment by estoppel is, how it was applicable to their cases, and how it may be relevant to other existing and unfolding situations around the state.
