With 72% of precincts reporting, results on expanding the medical marijuana laws in Montana are starting to solidify.

Montana voted to reinstate its medical marijuana laws through I-182. The initiative:

I-182 changes the existing laws by removing a required three-patent limit for marijuana providers. In 2011, an initiative was passed to ban medical marijuana advertisements and limited dispensaries to having three users This law made it nearly impossible to work.
