As Texas lawmakers prepare for the state’s 84th legislative session, bills focused on marijuana policy reform are among those that are going to be introduced when the Texas Legislature meets in January.
According to the San Antonio Current:
On December 2, Houston Representative Harold Dutton, D-142, filed a bill seeking to reduce certain penalties for marijuana possession.
