Manoa Botanicals LLC on Oahu have formed several new companies including; MB Building LLC, MB Real Estate LLC and MB Staffing LLC according to the Hawaii State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
The Hawaii Dispensary Program was created to be a vertical business model for dispensary owners. As dispensaries become aware of potential size of the Cannabis industry in Hawaii, many more companies are expected to be created.
