Physical Presence at the Event
We will place banners in strategic locations to attract the right audience to your brand. If you choose to attend, you can arrive on site knowing your brand presence has been properly positioned and promoted at the venue. Three event banners with your name and logo will be installed in 3 strategic locations inside and outside the venue.

- Entryways and lobby – Stand up Floor Poster (2.5′ x 4′)
- Main Ballroom Wall Poster (2.5’ x 6’)
- Classrooms (2.5′ x 4′)
- Next to the slide projection screen during class
- Mentions from the podium with gratitude at the beginning of each class
- Placards in front of students (5 – 2’x3’) featuring your brand along with key event information for attendees.
- Vending Table – Optional vending table and two chairs we set up for you. Your table will be situated in a prominent location in the Trade Show ballroom. Table banners are not included but we will setup your table with your banner or print one for you. You can ship your banner and literature to us and we’ll setup your table for you. We will also take responsibility for your banner and ship it back to your location. We will assign a volunteer to sit at your table during the event and pass out any literature you provide. Not interested in a vending table? We can help you give it to a non-profit or patient group for their use, please let us know.

- A sponsor email will be sent to all sponsors and presenters opening up introductions.
